The www command line client has the command
www -source http://slacvx.slac.stanford.edu:80/misc/internet-services.html
which can be used for mirroring. Redirect the output to a file.
The http protocol has no notion of file dates or sizes, so it's not
entirely suitable for the sorts of optimizable automatic mirroring
that packages like lmjm@src.doc.ic.ac.uk's "mirror" uses; if bytes
across a link are precious and you want to mirror a site behind that
link putting the files out in ftp-land is to date the only efficient
way to go.
